Terms and Conditions

1. Class Packages and Validity

1.1 Each package of classes comes with a fixed validity period during which all allotted classes must be taken, for example:

• 4 classes – validity 2 months

• 8 classes – validity 3 months

• 16 classes – validity 5 months

• 24 classes – validity 7 months

1.2 The validity period begins from the date of the first scheduled class.

1.3 Once the validity period expires, all unused classes shall automatically lapse, and no extension, carry-forward, adjustment, or refund will be permitted under any circumstances.

1.4 Students are responsible for tracking their package validity.

2. Token Amount and Enrolment

2.1 A non-refundable token amount of ₹2,000 is payable at the time of enrolment to reserve a seat.

2.2 A student’s slot will be confirmed only upon receipt of the token amount.

2.3 If the student does not commence classes within 30 days of paying the token amount, the instructor reserves the right to release the seat without any refund.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

3.1 Classes will be conducted as per a mutually agreed schedule.

3.2 Students may reschedule up to two (2) classes consecutively at no additional charge.

3.3 Any rescheduling request beyond two (2) instances will result in the affected class being counted as completed/consumed, irrespective of attendance.

3.4 Repeated or habitual rescheduling, even within the allowed limit, may lead to refusal of future requests, at the instructor’s discretion.

4. Leave and Long Absence

4.1 Students must notify the instructor in advance if they expect to be unavailable for a particular duration. Approved leave will not be counted as a class.

4.2 If a student goes on leave but fails to resume classes by the communicated date and does not respond to instructor follow-ups, the remaining classes will be automatically counted at one (1) class per week until the package validity expires.

4.3 No additional extension or pause of package validity will be provided due to travel, exams, work commitments, or any prolonged absence, unless the same is communicated in advance to the instructor.

4.4 A leave period of more than 30 consecutive days may require re-enrolment, subject to seat availability.

5. Missed or Uninformed Absences

5.1 Any class missed without prior notice shall be considered completed and will not be rescheduled.

5.2 Repeated uninformed absences may result in cancellation of the remaining classes with no refund.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

6.1 All package fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the first class.

6.2 Payments are strictly non-refundable, whether or not the student completes the package.

6.3 Delayed or incomplete payment may lead to cancellation of the student’s slot, and the token amount will be forfeited.

6.4 Change of package mid-cycle (upgrade/downgrade) is not permitted. Any change in package can implement post completion of the current cycle.

7. Instructor Cancellation

7.1 If the instructor cancels a class, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

7.2 Such rescheduled classes will not count towards the student’s rescheduling limit.

7.3 In case of emergency or unavoidable circumstances, the instructor reserves the right to adjust class timings or extend validity at their discretion.

8. Conduct, Materials & Class Requirements

8.1 Students are expected to:

• Arrive on time

• Have their own guitar and required accessories

• Participate actively

• Maintain respectful behaviour

• Come prepared to the class

8.2 Any form of misconduct, disruptive behaviour, abuse, or violation of these terms may result in discontinuation of classes without refund.

9. Nature of Services

9.1 These classes are intended for personal skill development and do not guarantee any specific level of performance, certification, or result.

9.2 The instructor may modify teaching methods, materials, or pace as required for the student’s progress.

10. Communication

10.1 All communication regarding rescheduling, leave, or concerns must be made directly to the instructor via the agreed mode of communication (WhatsApp/text/email).

10.2 Failure to respond to instructor messages for over 15 days may be treated as discontinuation by the student.

Group Classes

11.1 Class Scheduling

Group classes will be scheduled based on a common time slot that suits the majority of participants. Individual schedule change requests may not be accommodated.

11.2 Attendance & Missed Classes

All scheduled classes will be counted as part of the package. In case a student misses a class, it will not be rescheduled, refunded, or compensated under any circumstances.

11.3 Payment Policy

Full payment must be made in advance at the beginning of each month. Installment payments are not permitted.
